312-356 Rosewood Marburg Road Tallegalla, QLD 4340

Set on the side of the hill in Tallegalla is this great 7 acres of mature pine trees and great views.

The owners have had a previous development approval and there is an awesome spot for the house, driveway and shed. Picture building your dream home here and waking up to those views every day.

Don't get me wrong, this land is not for the faint hearted. There are pine trees throughout, they aren't protected so Subject To Council Approval, they can be removed. the land is sloped so the house you build may have to be on stumps, but all the better to capture those views.
