IMPRESSIVE FAMILY HOME WITH VIEWS
Sitting high up on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Rosewood Heights Estate with views out both the front and the back of the home, is this very impressive home on 1/4 of an acre (1000 m2).

A hallway invites your family and guests into the home where you will find a super large open plan living area with reverse cycle air conditioning and two sets of sliding doors taking you out to the back yard.

Central positioning of the kitchen in the house allows you to overlook both the backyard and the living area, giving the chef the chance to interact with everyone around.

Where the double lock up garage was has now been renovated into an air-conditioned family friendly rumpus room with a large timber bar, TV, black leather lounge suite with chairs and a pool table. All of which the owners are willing to leave behind for the new owners if they should want them.

The bedrooms are all good sizes with ceiling fans. The Master bedroom has a walk-in robe, an ensuite and sliding doors taking you out to another covered entertainment area.

In the backyard you will find both covered entertainment areas, sporting good views of Tallegalla & The Bluff mountains in the distance. There is extensive landscaping that is easy to maintain and provide a decorative aspect to your spaces.

A double gate to the side of the property allows access into your backyard for a caravan or boat, or any other toys you may have.
