1414 Mount Walker West Road Merryvale, QLD 4340

BUILD THAT HOME ON 2 ACRES SURROUNDED BY FARMLAND
Come on now… who wouldn't want to wake up with views of farmland, trees and mountains? This spot is the ideal bit of acreage where you only have 2 acres to look after BUT you can admire the hundreds of acres surrounding you!

There is a 7.5m x 12m shed that the current owners have just modified into a dwelling whist they were going to build their dream home. They have had a bio treatment installed for the septic and had the power connected to the shed. To me, that is all the hard work DONE!!!

Work circumstances have determined this sale and has led to a great opportunity for the astute buyer to jump in and finish the dream.

With an 80m frontage this block will accommodate almost any size home, the views surrounding this block mean that you could face it anyway and not be disappointed.

So, if you are wanting to build your own home with next to no neighbours, then come for a drive out to Merryvale, just on the border of Mount Walker. This newly listed beauty in the sought-after area of Scenic Rim could be the one for you.

This is cracker of a property and really has to be seen to be appreciated. To view this, please call Megan Acutt from Ray White on 0488 773 001 and arrange your private inspection.
