Maintenance Request

It is our intention to provide our tenants with the best possible service, as such we use  Maintenance Manager, an automated system, to manage our property maintenance.

Once you have submitted a request you will receive email confirmation as well as details of suppliers visiting for quoting or repairs, once the request has been allocated. On occasion we may ask you to confirm that work has been completed satisfactorily. The emails will have a yellowbutton labelled ‘Maintenance Request’ that connects you to our secure Internet approval screen (shown below) with a description of work and photos. You can be assured it is simple, secure and speedy.

You will also be able to submit your own maintenance requests using the Maintenance Reporting App (Apple and Android).  Please click on the appropriate button below to download these today.
